As for registrars, we have structured registrar training program to provide mentoring opportunities, in addition to Dr Mira (principal supervisor), Dr Hampton as nominated buddy supervisor, registrars are supported by Registered Nurse and Practice Manager. All staff have been instructed in safety and infection control protocols, ensuring risks are known and appropriate precautions are taken. this includes ensuring necessary vaccinations for staff during their induction.
